ScandiDC III will be our first AI campus purpose built for AIand HPC workloads.The site offers carrier neutral fiber connectivity, performance, power, and infrastructure needed to support the most advanced computational demands.

As a dedicated AI data center, ScandiDC III is also perfectly suited for heat recovery, contributing to sustainable and energy efficient operations. Designed with long term growth in mind, the site will offer both scalability and flexibility to adapt to evolving operational needs.

Timeline: Within 12–24 months.
