SDC is an entrepreneur-driven scale-up with execution focus and long-term ambition. As a key part of our growth journey, we are now looking for a Site Manager for our site in Eskilstuna.

We are looking for a hands-on Site Manager who is comfortable carrying responsibility for a live data center environment where operational excellence, structured partner coordination and customer trust go hand in hand.
You combine technical and operational judgement with a clear service mindset. You know that great operations are not only about uptime, but about predictable delivery, disciplined execution, and professional communication with customers, contractors and service partners.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring safe and reliable operation of the live DC environment in line with customer SLA
- Owning on-site operational priorities, risk awareness and situational decision-making
- Coordinating external technical partners responsible for maintenance and service
- Managing incident handling, escalation, communication
- Acting as the primary on-site contact for customers, including visits
- Following up supplier performance and ensuring accountability in service delivery
- Support and work closely with the site development project
- Contributing to the development of processes, documentation and ways of working
Required experience
- Experience as data center Site Manager or equivalent on-site role
- Solid understanding of various technical solutions for datacentre infrastructure, including cooling systems, fibre optics and electrical installations.
- Experience working in or alongside active construction projects
- Experience from phased expansion environments is highly beneficial
- Strong understanding of structured operational processes and compliance requirements

Location and language
- Based on site in Eskilstuna
- Residence in Eskilstuna or nearby area is preferred
- English required for documentation
- Swedish strongly beneficial for coordination with authorities, contractors and customers

Due to the nature of the facility, the role may be subject to background checks and security clearance in accordance with Swedish regulations and customer requirements. The successful candidate must be eligible for and willing to undergo such checks.
